If you prefer eating inside the establishment, there is room for 60 people, and a room for banquets on the second floor that caters to other 60. Both areas are open all year.
Baja Mar cymbals are an experience. The local fish and shrimp are cooked in any way imaginable. The flavors of fresh fruit and spices accompanying blend perfectly with the dishes, which are accompanied by creatively with fresh vegetables and intensify the flavor and presentation of these. The shrimp cocktail is special, like sea bass with cilantro. Baja Mar has the best refried beans.
During lunch, the dishes are preceded by complementary fish snacks. In this restaurant, attention to detail is impressive. If you prefer to take shots of exotic drinks (see Tequila) cold, they have a special glass that is coated with another glass filled with ice.
